Today 44 people - the youngest being 9 weeks old - ventured out to Morgan Territory to soak up some sun and do some exploring. If you're looking for something to do on a sunny winter or spring day, my advice is to go to Morgan Territory. Here's why:

While we found Olivia's tree, we didn't find any owl pellets or the owl. We did find many bones including a nice back bone or tail bone of some small critter. And we found an old bottle that we theorized is from the gold rush. Why not?

From the parking lot you can do a short loop on Volvon, Blue Oak and Condor trails if you're wanting to go counter clockwise. Clockwise works too. Just go, it's worth it.

Our next outing will be February 9 at Sibley if the weather allows. Stay tuned for more details.
